I was quite impressed by your vision in this photo, and the title is quite apt... they do resemble some type of flying craft. The pods, for lack of better term, have an interesting color change from brown to white and are positioned on the stalks in a way not see with most "flower" photos. A much more unique subject than the typical blossom shot. (Vision 4.5, Originality 4.5)

I find the background color palette to be very soothing and cool compared with the much warmer brownish-orange to white of the pods. Something seemed a bit lackluster, however. Perhaps saturation was reduced? The background seems a bit dark... but this is likely a personal preference.

The one thing that did catch me is the one pod up front, out of focus. I love the bokeh of the photo, but, to me, it seemed like that one pod was kind of out of place.

I found the way the subject was centered in the photo (middle third or so) focuses the eyes to the shapes and helps give them that "flying" sense.

Overall, a highly impressive photo with a unique subject and wonderful colors! (Technique 4, Impact 4.5)
